2. Scope of Services

We offer residential and commercial pool services, including:

• Weekly pool cleaning & chemical balancing
• Pool equipment repair, replacement, and upgrades
• Descaling treatments and green-to-clean recovery
• Filter cleaning, inspections, and startup services

All services are subject to scheduling availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in service suspension and a $25 late fee.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH, or online form submissions via our website.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Service Cancellation & Pauses

• Clients must give a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel or pause service.
• Short-notice cancellations may be billed a $50 cancellation fee.
• Seasonal pauses must be confirmed in writing via email or our online contact form.

5. Access Requirements

Pool access must be granted on the scheduled day (e.g., unlocked gates, pets secured). If access is blocked or unsafe, service may be skipped and still billed as completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tartan Pools is insured and uses trained, certified technicians. We are not responsible for:

• Equipment failures caused by manufacturer defects or misuse
• Pre-existing damage or poor pool construction
• Imbalanced water chemistry due to excessive bather load, heat, or weather

7. Website Use

You may not attempt to disrupt our website, gain unauthorized access, or reproduce our content without written permission. All site content is the intellectual property of Tartan Pools Cleaning & Repair.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal disputes must be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
