Trailside Village is a newer San Tan Valley community near the San Tan Mountains, with pools built in the 2010s and later. Tartan Pools services it on weekly routes from our Queen Creek office, with a fixed day, a text on the way and a photo report after every visit.
What is different about pools in Trailside Village
Being this close to the mountains and open desert means more dust and wind-blown debris than almost anywhere else we service, especially from July to September. Newer pebble pools with cartridge filters and variable-speed pumps handle it well when the skimmer is emptied weekly and the filter is cleaned on schedule. Hard water needs weekly balancing to protect the finish and waterline.
